These push up bars were really simple to put together. It literally took seconds to get them assembled and ready to use. What I love about these push up bars is the stability of them. They are very sturdy and stay put in place when I am using them. I love that they don't move around or slide while I am using them to do push ups. They can be used on any types of flooring. While using these I can definitely feel a burn in my arms and can't wait till I start seeing the results from using them.
Overall, I would recommend these for both men and women who are trying to get into shape. These are worth having at home to workout on your spare time.
