My husband and I are super impressed with both the quality and variety
of the workout bands. We have recently begun working out. I also love
that this set of bands has a bag that's easy for storage after each use,
or travel. These resistant bands are high quality and I love that there
are five levels of resistance. I am a beginner so and my husband is
more advanced than I am. I love that there is something for the both of
us. I also love that you can clip the resistance bands together to get
even more resistance when you're working out. This set also comes with
an online library full of resistant bands exercises to workout to. It's
great for beginners who aren't sure how to use them. This is a great
inexpensive set of resistant bands and a great substitute if you choose
to work out at home. Overall, I would highly recommend them. You will
NOT disappointed with the quality of this set!
