This is a great little way to exercise your muscles or relieve some kind of stress. I have recently started working out and was looking for new equipment to help keep me motivated. I was happy when I got the opportunity to try this out. It has great resistance band, and works great when I am working out my arms and legs. The silicone material feels nice in my hands. This is great to take with you to the gym or anywhere you can think. It's small enough to fit in a backpack or gym bag. As someone stated before, it would have been nice if they could have sent some kind of instructions or some demos on how to use the product. Overall, if you are looking for a good addition to your workout routine or need to release some kind of stress this is a great product. It's also great for kids.
