I am such a sucker for great packaging. This memory foam pillow came beautifully packaged with ribbon and all. This also came with a sleep mask and two sets of ear plugs to help get a great nights sleep. As far as the memory foam pillow, it's so comfortable and soft. It supports my neck, back and shoulders. I am not constantly waking up in the middle of the night to adjust my pillow. I wake up feeling refreshed and pain free. My only complaint is that I wish it came with some kind of cover. Overall, this is a must have pillow and I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable pillow.
