I am not going to lie. I was a bit intimidated to try this when I opened up the box, because I have never actually owned one of these before. I was really excited to try this out, and boy am I glad I did. I have back pain due to problems with my sciatic nerve, and noticed that there are days where it really takes a toll on me. I've tried a few things, but some don't really help. These were really easy to hook up and stick on my body. It immediately began to loosen up my muscles and relive some of the pain.
This little wonder is the size of a mini iPod. You get four electrodes, two sets of electrode wires, wall charger, USB cable, and a pad and wires collector. It is very easy to use and understand. At first it was uncomfortable until I found the perfect setting for me. It has eight auto modes, pause button, timer, and other features I am still discovering. I love that this is rechargeable instead of something that uses batteries. This is portable so you can pretty much take with you where ever you go.
Overall, this is a must have if you suffer from any kinds of aches and pains. This will definitely give you the relief you've been looking for. I am so pleased with it and have been using it daily.
