This is an great food thermometer. It is accurate, easy to use, and provides the right temperature within seconds. The thermometer is lightweight and very simple to turn off and on. The instructions are written on the back of the package and are fairly easy to understand. The thermometer came with one battery already installed and all you have to do is push the power button and begin to use it. Right out of the box this thermometer was precise. You can select your reading as to if you want F or C. The thermometer is waterproof so cleaning is very simple. It is easy to clean, I just wash it with nice warm soapy water and dry.
